Thorrablot ticket order form
We are very pleased to announce that our annual Thorrablót will be
held once again at the very charming Municipal Services Building in
South San Francisco. It is located at 33 Arroyo Drive at El Camino
Real, just off the 101 and 280 freeways.
Admission: Members: $60, Non-Members and Guests: $70
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We must stress this year, that because of state laws, WE CANNOT SELL
ANY TICKETS AT THE DOOR anymore. For that reason, we have given
plenty of time this year to decide and RSVP for the party must have
reservations paid by the 15th of February.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To get a full refund, you must cancel by the 22nd of February. After
the 22nd of February you will be refunded half of the ticket price
because we will have already ordered the food from Iceland.
TO ORDER TICKETS:
Please send payment (a check made out to IANC) to our treasurer,
Adda Sigurdar at 787 Southampton Dr. Palo Alto, CA 94303-3438. You
can email her at ADDASIG@aol.com.
Make sure you include name and return address so we can mail you the
tickets.
Location:
In the charming Municipal Services Building. Please don't let the
name deter you, it is a very nice venue. It is located at 33 Arroyo
Drive, at the corner of El Camino Real and Arroyo Drive in South San
Francisco.
Festivities:
The festivities will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. with a no-host bar
and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. (also promptly.) Dancing will
start at 9 p.m. with the raffle winners being announced at 10 p.m.
We will then dance until midnight, when the lights have to go out.
We will again be enjoying the wonderful delicacies of chefs Magnus
Hédinsson and Kristján Kristjánsson imported directly from Iceland.
Great Music:
After dinner we will dance to the great sounds of an Icelandic band
flown in for the occasion. Be prepared to swing and sing along to
classic Icelandic and American music.

Take the 280 exit Westborough/Avalon turnoff.
On second stoplight turn right on Westborough Blvd.
Turn left on El Camino Real and left again on Arroyo Drive. The
house is on the left hand side.
From the North Bay
Take 280 south exit Westborough Blvd.
Turn left on Westborough Blvd
Turn left on El Camino.
Turn left on Arroyo Drive, you see the building on left.
